Oil & Ink Publishing

Your message belongs in print.

Oil & Ink is a full-service publishing house for pastors, educators, leaders, and first-time authors. We take your book from a rough idea to a finished copy in your hand, and we teach you how to manage it once it's out.

Publishing a book and building a website? Sign up for both together and save 10%. How the bundle works

A note to pastors and educators

You've spent years teaching, and most of what you've taught has only ever been heard by the people who were in the room.

There are sermon series in your files, lecture notes in binders, outlines on your laptop, and ideas you've tested in front of real people until you knew they worked. I've been a pastor for 36 years, and I know how hard it is to find the time to sit down and turn all of that into a book.

That's the part we do for you. You hand us your notes, your recordings, your outlines, and your research, and we talk with you until we understand what you teach and how you say it. Then our writers build the manuscript in your voice, and nothing goes to print until you've approved it.

What you carry might be a sermon series, a course you've taught for years, a study, a theory, or a concept you've never had the chance to write down. If you've taught it, it can be a book with your name on the cover, and we'll take it all the way from your notes to print.

I want to see your work outlive the room it was taught in.

Author training

You keep the keys to your book.

Your book is published on your own accounts, under your own name. Then we show you how to run them.

Plenty of authors publish a book and never learn how to manage it, so every price change or corrected page means calling someone else. We work the other way. Once your book is live, we sit down with you inside your own publishing dashboards, including Amazon KDP and IngramSpark, until you're comfortable handling it yourself.

Already self-published? We also train authors whose books are out and who want a firmer grip on their own listings.

For people who haven't started yet, we hold new author workshops that walk through the whole road from first idea to published book.

Manny and Victoria Rivera

Meet Manny and Victoria Rivera

Founders of Oil & Ink Publishing

Oil & Ink Publishing is a family-owned company led by Manny and Victoria Rivera, a husband and wife who have worked side by side in ministry for more than three decades and now do the same for authors.

Manny is an author, a publisher, and a pastor. In 36 years of ministry he has planted four churches, trained leaders, and preached in more than 50 nations, and he serves today as Lead Pastor of Impact Church Georgia. His books include Killing Barabbas, Know Your Place! And Stay There!, 21 Days to a New Beginning, and a series of discipleship devotionals. He knows the road from rough notes to a finished book because he has traveled it with his own titles, and he brings that experience to every author Oil & Ink publishes.

Victoria is a preacher, a conference speaker, and a co-author of books with Manny, and she has served in ministry alongside him for 36 years. She has traveled to multiple nations preaching at women's conferences, and she is a musician, singer, and songwriter. At Oil & Ink she works with authors on developmental editing, helping shape the structure and flow of a manuscript before it goes any further, and she handles web design for authors who need a website for themselves or for a book.

At Oil & Ink they offer authors honest editing, careful design, and a publisher who stays with you until you can manage your book yourself.

Oil for the message. Ink for the page.

Our name says what we believe a good book needs. The oil is the anointing on the message. The ink is the craft that carries it to the reader.

We work with pastors, educators, ministry leaders, and people who have never written a book before and aren't sure where to begin.

Tell us about your book.
